Shipping & Local Delivery

We are based in Los Angeles, California and ship nationwide! Please note that our Signature XO Bouquets and arrangements are currently only available for local delivery (LA/OC).

If you pre-ordered one of our curated gift boxes, your gift box will ship within 7-14 business days after the window closes (if not sooner!). All other orders, excluding custom orders, will be packed within one week of the order being placed.

If you need your gift box to arrive by a certain date or if your delivery address falls outside of our shipping zone, please contact orders@xoboxcompany.com.

We are so touched by all of your support and will continue to do our best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. However, during this unprecedented year, many of our vendors/partners continue to be affected by COVID-19. Our team has taken great care to buffer in as much time as possible to prevent delays but we promise to keep you in the loop every step of the way. Return Policy

Your business is extremely important to us and we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is damaged and/or defective. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. If you feel like you have received a damaged and/or defective product, please email orders@xoboxcompany.com for best next steps.
